neon flux, offices
Berenblum Busch Architects
Location: Miami, FL
In Miami’s Magic City, we designed Neon Flux offices, a dynamic transformation of a warehouse into a vibrant hub that seamlessly blends workspaces with exhibition areas. This innovative space integrates interactive technology with wellness features, using linear lights to create versatile atmospheres that change from day to night, harmonizing with the wall volumes. Visitors are greeted by dreamy video art at the entrance, and unique highlights include a DeLorean Time Machine and a large NFT by Daniel Arsham. Drawing inspiration from “Back to the Future” and Neon Flux’s retro-futuristic branding, the design masterfully combines retro-punk elements with modern aesthetics. The space is characterized by raw concrete and warm grays, accented by white glass structures and walls that transition from pink to purple, creating an immersive and visually striking environment.
Softwares: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion
The entrance to the Neon Flux offices features a captivating digital art installation that perfectly captures our retro-futuristic design intent. Set against raw concrete and sleek glass, dynamic lighting enhances the architectural lines, creating an immersive and inviting experience.
The Neon Flux office hub breaks convention with an innovative layout. The waiting area adjoins the office hub, while private offices overlook the ground floor from above. A central, floating reunion room on the first floor adds to the unique design. Inspired by "Back to the Future," the entire space incorporates elements from the client's favorite movie, blending retro-futuristic aesthetics with modern functionality.
